Terms of Service

1. The service

Bostwick is a customer-relationship-management service operated by Anderson Wheeler LLC (“we”, “us”). It provides a web application and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint that lets AI agents you authorize read and write data in your workspace on your behalf.

2. Your account and workspace

You sign in through our authentication provider. Each workspace's data is isolated to its members. Workspace admins control membership, schema, billing, and deletion. You are responsible for the people and AI agents you grant access to — actions they take in your workspace are actions taken under your account.

3. Your data

Data you store in your workspace is yours. We claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to operate the service. Admins can export all workspace data as JSON and can permanently delete the workspace at any time; deletion removes the data, including its change history.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content or use, including violating others' privacy rights when importing contact data.
  • No attempts to access other workspaces' data or to probe or disrupt the service.
  • No automated abuse (e.g. mass workspace creation). Plan quotas are enforced.

5. Plans and billing

Free and paid plans differ by workspace limits, published on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly per workspace via Stripe and can be canceled any time from the app; access to paid limits continues through the period already paid for. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. AI agents

The service is designed to be operated by AI agents you connect. We validate every write against your schema and record every change with its actor, but you remain responsible for reviewing what your agents do — the service cannot guarantee that an agent's actions match your intent.

7. Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data durable (including automated database backups) but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable and an opportunity to export your data except where abuse prevents it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
