Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers, handled by our sign-in provider (WorkOS). We do not see or store your password.
• Workspace data: whatever you or your authorized AI agents store — records, documents, schema, and a field-level change history attributing each change to the account that made it.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers; we store only your subscription's status and identifiers.
• Operational logs: request metadata (endpoint, status, timing, acting account) retained for security and debugging.

How we use it

Solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell your data, use workspace contents for advertising, or train AI models on your data. AI agents access your workspace only when you connect them, under your account's authorization, and their access ends when you disconnect them or revoke membership.

Where it lives

Data is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States, with automated database backups. Subprocessors: Google Cloud (hosting), WorkOS (authentication), Stripe (payments).

Your controls

• Export all workspace data as JSON at any time (workspace admins).
• Permanently delete a workspace and all of its data at any time (workspace admins). Deletion includes change history; backups age out on a rolling window.
• Remove members or disconnect AI agents at any time.
